Hebrews 10:1-18
Christ’s will
he added, “Behold, I have come to do your will.” Hebrews 10:9
And when they had performed everything according to the Law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own town of Nazareth. And the child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom. And the favour of God was upon him. Luke 2:39-40
the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form, like a dove; and a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.” Luke 3:22
For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me. John 6:38
And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. 1 John 4:14
saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.” . Luke 22:42
looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2

Father’s will
For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me John 6:38
And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.
1 John 4:14
Yet it was the will of the LORD to crush him; he has put him to grief; when his soul makes an offering for guilt, he shall see his offspring; he shall prolong his days; the will of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. Isaiah 53:10
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:3-4
Our will
Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of your law. Psalm 119:16
I delight to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart. Psalm 40:8
How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone reaching? Romans 10:14
